The international consortium coordinated by Applied Research Institute for Prospective Technologies has started to implement a three year FP6 project SELFLEX (Demonstration of SELF-formation based FLEXible solar cells manufacturing technology), Contract No. TREN/07/FP6EN/S07.70666/038681 SELFLEX. The overall objective of the project is to demonstrate at industrial scale cost-effective crystalline Si PV cells manufacturing technology based on highly innovative manufacturing concept – self-formation.
